Just don't book a hotel Room with this site. Don't even think about it. If you're hotel Room is not up to a decent standard, you will not get your money back. This place does not have customer service, if you call to complain, Your complaints will not be heard... They have scam artists operating the phones. Under no circumstances will you ever get your money back. They have Cold War Russian Tactic phone operators. Not all of their hotel rooms on the site are decent. So you could be staying at a cockroach hooker hotel... This app is a scam, and you should never download it nor use it!

This company shall be named NIGHTMARE TONIGHT. I will give it negative stars if i could. I booked a hotel through its app. Reservation was confirmed and credit card charged, and when I contacted the hotel, they told me they have no rooms. The hotel offered to relocate us to a much cheaper and shittier hotel. We rejected the offer and reported to HotelTonight. Lilian, their customer support claimed that they would follow up and then just disappeared and no respond ever. Such a scam, putting fake deals online, steal your money and disappear!

Booked a suite at Marriott with two beds. The room only had 1 bed. Because I booked through Hotel Tonight, I had to contact them with a complaint. Try getting someone to respond from that scam of company. No response to email from their “24/7” support team!!!!!!!

This is the worst place to Book your hotel. I booked a hotel using this app May 1,2021. The hotel room was dirty and the manager was not able to clean them room and no other room was available. I had to book another room using this app. The hotel is issued my deposit back, but HotelTonight refused to issue my refund, and stilled charged me for the room. Please don't use this service. They are thieves and their customer service is horrible. If I had the time I would have sued them.

This website is a scam. The fees on their website do not reflect what the hotel charges. When I complained they gave by a refund which, they said, I would be able to apply to my next reservation. There was no refund to apply. I spent over an our with their support team, which was useless. Please, please, please, stay away from the.m

They canceled my credit from April 2020. they refused to work with me well knowing we are in a pandemic. They gave me a lesser amount coupon but locked my account for the dates I want to use it for. No matter which city I choose they have Aug 28th locked.

I booked hotel with hotel tonight and when get to hotel to check in I had to waited 3 RHS, I couldn't cancel or check in.

I booked a room through them and planned on checking into the hotel after the concert I was in town for over. When we got to the hotel we were told they had absolutely no rooms available & we were the 4th people that, that had happened to. Upon calling & finally getting through I was transfered to several people, who didn't care it was after midnight, my card had already been charged & no hotel in 50 mile radius had a room! All i kept getting was an "I'm sorry I don't know what we can do"
I will be calling back Monday morning, but from the other reviews which I wish I would've prior to booking, it won't make a difference.

The worst company ever! Stole my money and was stuck with out a hotel

I was in desperate need of a hotel after my current booking was refunded (left due to inhabitable rooms). I was visiting San Antonio and everything was sold out. I looked at Hotel Tonight app and search "tonight" and when I booked, the app booked me a room for the following day. I immediately called customer service after and they were reluctant to give me a refund. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. They did not make an exception after I explain what happened and blamed me for booking the wrong dates. I don't understand how a company could still charge you for a service you didn't use. The room was 240 dollars and I still needed a room so I ended booking through expedia and paid $250 for another room. They did not even offer me a credit. They called the hotel to let them know I wasn't coming. Honestly, I don't know how they can charge someone for something they are not going to use. I would highly recommend just using another site such as Expedia. Hotel tonight is just there trying to keep people's money. Also, when I compared sites Hotel Tonight was more expensive. You are NOT getting a deal on this website. If there are issues they will not help you. Save your headaches and stay away from Hotel Tonight.

Their map/directions brought me to a Hotel, I paid on the app because the deal looked incredible. It was the wrong hotel. HotelTonight's rate was exactly the same as booking at the Front Desk. This is not new, as the hotels pay big fees when we book on those apps. They have caught up with the times years ago.
Hotel Tonight provides nothing but a way to see several hotels at the same time. Their prices are identical to other 3rd party apps, and NO LESS expensive than the actual hotel.
Late checkouts, human interaction, and other perks are all are more difficult when using 3rd party apps like HotelTonight as well.

We were charged for a hotel room that was not made through Hotel Tonight. The hotel acknowledged that we made the reservation directly at the hotel. I don't know how Hotel Tonight got our credit card number, but they somehow charged us. I cannot ever find a number call them to complain.
